Damn good list.

Yet leaves out Deliverance...one of the
great movies of the 70's

Lots of back story going on during and after the filming.

James Dickey was apparently a raging alcoholic and so upset with John Boorman's directing he got in a fight with em and broke his nose and knocked his teeth out and was banned from the set until his part was shot.

His son later wrote a book about it (Summer of Deliverance) and how the movie and fame basically ruined his father and family's life.

Dark is the best show on Netflix and it isn’t close. Stranger Things and Ozarks are great. OA if you are a sci fi fan.

The Last Kingdom is one of the best shows I've ever seen. I'm almost finished with season 5. I wish I had found out about it sooner.

I’ve been enjoying The Glitch. On the 2nd season so hopefully they don’t mess it up.

Dickey wrote the book sitting in the horseshoe at Carolina.

I'm watching The Replacements. I've missed old school comedies.

I am big fan of the Narcos franchise and a lot of the Spanish/Korean shows but I can understand Spanish and I don't mind reading subtitles.

I watch a bunch of the foreign programming. Watching the second season of Capitiani now. And then there are a number of Polish shows. I just like to watch actors I've never seen before or who aren't famous. Watch the Woods and then Hold Tight. These shows are good but not great. Been a while since I've seen a great one.

Derry Girls

I laughed a lot at the "Usual Suspects" reference. I haven't watched the entire series, but I enjoyed what I did see.

I know the director Michael Lennox. Did a viewing of Boogaloo and Graham for me and my friends, then gave me the video file for Patch of Fog before it came out. Spent hours at the pub talking films.
