Anyone watching MMA drama Kingdom on Netflix?

It's 3 seasons long and is about an MMA gym and the family that runs it. I don't particularly care about MMA, but this show is very good. Definitely worth a watch.

Yeah I'm rewatching it now on netflix. I forgot how much I liked that show. It's a shame it didnt get a bigger following, but I think that's because it aired only on DirecTV's audience network.

I just spent most of Sunday watching this. What a great show! I'd never heard of it before. This show would have done great if Netflix had had it to begin with.

Just finished the 2nd season. Matt Lauria deserved a nod for this episode alone. Wow, great performance.

I love this show and am super bummed it's only 3 seasons... Then I realized each season is really long, unlike most streaming series. Still wish it had more seasons though. I haven't seen a drop off in quality yet.... about to start Season 3

This show was made by Directv Audience channel back before they were bought by AT&T and actuality tried to give their customers some extra exclusive content. I remember it when it came on but never watched it.
None of their shows ever seemed to get much traction, except for that black and white interview show they did.

Thanks to this thread I have "discovered" this show and have finished season 1.
Had noticed it on netflix but thought it was akin to the bbc show of the same name.

I started watching this recently also thanks to this thread and just finished the 10th episode. Very good show. Jay is definitely the best character. Guy in that role is a great actor.
Also, Nick Jonas seems outclassed by everyone else on the show. Guy can barely act. I know his character is supposed to be shy and brooding, but it feels like that's all he can do and he doesn't bring any nuance to the role at all. Seems wooden.

Just bumping this to confirm how great a show this is. It was always showing up on my Netflix home screen but I never had interest in watching it since I am not into MMA.
Decided to give it a try after reading this thread and I am glad I did. It’s a great show with some great characters.

This show is phenomenal. One of the best shows I've ever seen. It's way up there. The emotional gauntlet it puts you through....man. The characters are so well thought out and so realistic. It's just plain awesome.
