To be fair, we have no idea where his character will go from here. IMO, Hardy's character has a ton of potential, as does the series.

THe wife didn't care for it but i really liked the episode. Dark and has a really interesting story IMO. Definitely something different for a change.

Going to be one hell of a journey to get out to his patch of inherited rocks. Have to sail all the way around south america to get to the pacific coast in that time period. Also is the African ambassador for the East India Trading Co. the same actor that played wormtail in the Harry Potter movies? At first i thought he might have picked up some type of voodoo from the Africans but it seems like he is channeling some super natural American Indian powers...
