Season four started this month on Netflix

JMO, but Ian Kahn gives about the best performance of George Washington I've ever seen...

Solid series. Each season was better than the previous. Final episode is strong, final scene is tremendous.

Very good series. Always kept me interested. It’s a shame that it didn’t have a bigger following.

Great show! I'm still in the tail end of season 1 and hope to catch up before too long. Fans of this show will probably like Frontier with Jason Mamoa on Netflix as well, season 2 just dropped.

I just found this show and I’m hooked- I’m still on S1, but I can’t get enough of it!

That's what I was thinking, although these discussions are a little humorous in that we don't really know which portrayal is most accurate since the person lived so long ago. But in terms of looks, David Morse is spot on.

i watched it every year on tv ... enjoyed it thoroughly ... hard to make a series about an event we already know well, but it introduces some real history/historical situations ...
