Best episode so far this season. Only bad part was the poor song choice near the end

it's the "implication" of danger

Loved the episode but I was actually hoping the boat would survive so Charlie and Frank could live there.

I guess I'm the only one not happy about last night's episode? Charlie and Frank were fine but other than the "implication of danger" stuff, Mac and Dennis have been horrible. I really wish they had ran with the implication of danger angle. It would have been much better.
I have not liked any of the first three episodes all that much. Sure I've laughed a few times, but I'm used to being in tears and they have not produced any that don't have to do with sorrow. I hope they get back on track.

This is your problem. Stop expecting so much and just watch it for what it is. I disliked the first episode at first cause my hopes were so high then I watched it again knowing what to expect and I ended up loving it.

I don't really see it as a problem. Sunny is my favorite comedy TV show ever. No show has made me laugh or want to rewatch their episodes like Sunny. The show's genius has caused me to have that expectation. So in a sense, it's their fault that I have such a high expectation. I would hope that they are going at this with that in mind and that their expectation of how a show is going to play out will mesh with the expectations that they have created by being so damn funny. I just don't get the sense they are doing that and it almost seems like they are throwing shite against the wall to see if it will stick.

Am I the only one that doesn't really like the season long threads?? I feel like I have to search for when the discussion on the last episode ended and the new episode begins. I don't get what's wrong with a new thread for each episode.
I don't hate it or it's not a big deal, just don't really get the point.

To each to his own I guess. I'm just simply the kind of person likes to try and find enjoyment in everything I watch regardless of whether its warranted or not. Plus ganja helps

This was a redeeming episode, 1st two were weak by Sunny standards.

Sometimes she looks hot and other times not really. She could definitely pack on some meat though.
