Just watched and did some research. Thought this was a very underrated movie for what it portrayed in today's youth 'wanna be' thugs getting carried away as well as the accuracy to the true story. Thought the actors esp Timberlake played unbelievable roles. Surprised it never made more noise as far as publicity goes.

This film really sold me on him as an actor.

Probably a breakthrough performance for Emile Hirsch as well. Solid flick.

Agreed. His role in this movie is what started changing my perception of him.

That was a pretty good flick. Lot of good young actors and actresses in it. Although Sharon Stone was terrible.

I actually thought Anton Yelchin's performance was better than all of those named. He was really good in it.

What has Ben Foster been in since? He played a really great role. Figured this would've jumped off his acting career more than anyone else.

Also Amanda Seyfried was probably the least attractive chick in the film. Look at her now!!!

He was really good in 3:10 to Yuma as Charlie Prince.

Saw it for the first time a couple of years ago in the middle of the night on some cable channel and thought it was very good. Never have seen it uncut.

When I first started watching it, I thought it was a comedy skit. Didn't see the beginning, had never heard of it and was thinking those actors would never play those rolls. Have re-watched the whole thing, again on basic cable, and really came away impressed by the acting. I didn't know how younger people viewed it and wondered if it had any kind of "cult" appeal.

Poor Shawn Hatosy always has to play a loser. He is treated as a POS and acts like one in this. Elvis is a very unlikable character.
