Green Beret solely focused on pine bark farming. What a way to go out. I sure hope there was a lot more attempts off camera to gain a more rounded diet.

This last week's episode was really solid. Good stories.

Brooke gone, I have a feeling Larry will be next. Three strong competitors left with Dave, Britt and Randy. Still pulling for Randy.

I didn't expect Brooke to last long. While she is a very capable person with pioneering skills, she really needed her husband last time to make it as long as she did the first go around.

Really pulling for Britt. Seems like a good dude. His shelter seems a bit weak though. No smoke hole (you can see it’s hazy as a cheap strip club in there) and the roof is just the tarp. Going to let a lot of heat out in the winter that way.
Larry pisses me off. There’s a lot of suffering in this show, but he really complains. A lot.
Dave is living his regular life out there, minus truck bed. He’s going to be one of the very last.
Side note: this is the first season that featured some actual serious land hunting. Alone seasons 1-4 could have been titled “History Channel Presents: Desperate Fishing”.

Yea money is on Britt, hope he wins. That bow hunting guy has already lost 27lbs and is running around the woods chasing deer he is never going to shoot. Sam might have a shot but i dont know what he is eating out there. His shelter also needs some work at the top and the roof. Shame Randy tapped he has a really nice looking log cabin.

Britt seems to be in a good place. He seems to have a good shelter, food seems adequate and most importantly his mindset is in a really strong place. Barring injury I too am placing my bets on Britt.
Dave (bow guy) is extremely capable of winning, but he is burning up too much energy with is projects as is showing in his rapid weight lost. Also, his empathy at the animals he is "hurting" while hunting seems to be weighing on him....My guess is that he his going to starve himself out of the game again unless all of the energy he is burning somehow pays off and he snags a deer or something.
Larry is done...Those rats are in his head so bad he can't process things...
Sam needs the money the most and if he can get food he can hang on...I don't see that happening.

If Dave gets a deer, game over! Sam and Larry can't survive on mice. Britt needs a food source. Winter is coming! We'll see

Britt is surviving, looking fairly healthy, lots of firewood, enjoying relaxing carving up your casual wooden buttplug. Then at the end makes a fancy lure and looses it on the maiden voyage. Will it break his spirit?

Sam continues to look lost without Frodo to lead the way. He is constipated and struggling but finally improving the roof of his shelter as winter approaches. Instead of making a stool, Sam should have made a Squatty Potty.

The way Dave was losing weight a about twice the pace he had done in his first adventure, I figured he would tap soon if he didn't snag a deer.
I still think Britt has this. He seems extremely comfortable mentally and his success this time is personal. When he told the story of being recognized as he was buying a lottery ticket and what was said in my mind tell me his in it to win it.
Sam's can't crap and he'll have to tap even though he seems to really need the money.

Think its Britt's to win, but I know its easy to guess now. THE commercials on that show are way out of control. Seemed like 50 per cent of show was commercials. Didn't watch the last 15 min of it because of them.

I think you're right. It looks like that kid that can't shite is on his way out and that red head bearded dude (not sure if he tapped at the end of this last one) but he sounded down. And the guy with the smoked fish last time has dropped a ton of weight again. I think I'm missing one.

When Sam was able to use the outdoor toilet to clear out that blockage I had a strong feeling that he was going to win.
Britt just couldn't catch any food and it broke him..
I would have been happy with either one because that both appear to be good guys and good family men, but Sam definitely needed it the most and I am glad a person like that won it.
I like this Mongolia version. It seem to offer a more level playing field for everyone compared to Vancouver Island.
I hope the series continues with a new location.
