Reunion is on now. The host asked Larry what the mice that he caught tasted like. Larry said, 'victory'.

Good show. Only disappointing thing was the thought that he won mainly because he went into the ordeal with an extra 70 pounds of fat. And then did not exert himself a great deal. Somehow that bothers me, but I guess its a well planned strategy

What if Britt had tapped out at Noon and then Sam calls in to quit at 1pm? I think Sam would have still won.
I get that Sam would've still won but would they convince Same to stay a few more days so they could fly his wife there?
I think in future seasons they need to let them use better bows so they can hunt big game easier. That way they contestants can stay longer and the show has better footage.

Great strategy, but it kind of annoyed me too. Even Britt alluded to it in the reunion episode.

Assuming I did participate, the biggest obstacle would be bugs. If they sent me to a place like they do on shows like "Naked and Afraid" where the insects are ridiculous I am out! I am not sure how I would handle being close to some of these predators like bears and wild cats. I say I could could handle them sitting at home but I am not sure if I was out there with no weapon.
Here is a bit of follow-up to this comment...I went out camping this weekend with my Boy Scout Troop and I got into a fight with fire ants and lost...I am miserable and if I didn't have access to showers, medicines I would be in a bad place...I HATE INSECTS!

I enjoyed this season but also found it a little disappointing that no one killed any type of big game really.
