Damn bad luck. First show was good. Think any one will kill anything with a bow? Carleigh had one but is out. At least 1 other has bow. Not sure who else.

What a putz! He wasn't Alone enough to be that hungry..He just plain got homesick.

He got to go on about a 3 week vacation with the first 2 weeks hanging out with the other players in a glorified camping trip where the ate probably very well, had a good time fellow-shipping, and when he had to go play the actual game he couldn't handle it...

I could get it if this was his first go around...but dang...

Instead of Brad they should have had Dave Wipple the husband of Brooke on. It would have been interesting to see the married couple competing separately.

Didn't he go one day with his brother tapping out on whatever season they were on. He said he wanted to test his limits and then said he was scared to push his limits. I know it has to be rough not eating for 5-6 days but damn, that's what the show is about.

Agree...

Nicole had the potential to win this or go very deep..Her body simply betrayed her and that is a shame.

When I think of how hard she tried to hang in their compared to Brad the goober who couldn't handle 7 days and is strong as a horse really gives you insight on the mettle of a person..

I disagree. She wasn't put in a location that threw fish in her face for easy picking.

Carliegh has the potential to win or go very deep. sucks what happened to her.

i'm sticking with Larry to win it, although homeless jobless Dave has nothing to lose or go home to, so there's really no reason he shoudln't win other than starving to death, again.

The bow has been a winner so far.

Not too much activity tonite. Taste of hunting + the quest for food seems to be ratcheting up, Randy's pretty awesome cabin. Waiting for the weather to turn, winter that is. Even though the show seems to has lost interest here, I still find Alone fascinating.

Was a gill net prohibited this season? I saw one guy claim to have made one from his fishing line but why not use that as 1 of your 10 items in a setting like that?

Or just yank it out. Coonasses would laugh at that.

My understanding was that the hook was in the tendon to her thumb. No way to rip that out without possibly ruining your hand for life.

Randy's got a great cabin so he can last a long time. On the other side I'm really surprised how bad Dave's shelter is. I think Britt will be the next one taken out it looks like he's already struggling.

The method is to continue sticking the hook through body part until the point and barb emerge, clip the point and barb off, then pull the hook out.

She did not have a multitool to do this.

Building a quality shelter/cabin is crucial. Also, they better build some wood shed/covers too.

I'd like to see Britt make a new fish fridge that wildlife doesn't steal from him. That was a cool trick in his last season.

Britt's fishing is strong, but bears lurk. Yikes. Larry basically passing out & Jesse tapping out. Why did he seem to give up on fishing so easily? Pine bark diet was not the only way to go it seems. Dave with his ethical dilemmas. Lots going on this episode. When will the weather start to kick in?
