Just got out. Quite disappointed.
I thought Scott was going in a new direction. With this an old school throwback. I sure was wrong.
Even Scott isn't immune to SJW bullshite.
2 star movie.
Movie will bomb. Prometheus 1 was better, fwtw

From the trailer, it basically looked like Alien and Prometheus all over again. I'm not in a big rush to see it but I'll eventually give it a shot.

I thought it was good, it's incredibly obvious it was a sequel to Prometheus and the ending was pretty good.

The action scenes, though few, were intense. The CGI was good. Character development was meh.
Scott hit gold with Alien. Then Cameron topped him with Aliens. Obviously he's not going to get it back.

You had one man crying over another after one was killed . Not putting a lot into since it was not actually revealed they were "partners ".
Then you had two other men kiss.
Lost interest to even know if some of the dialogue was meant to be anti-God.
Also some diversity love mixed in.
Not that any of this is new these days.
If you didn't like Prom 1, u surely won't like this one. And the ending blows.

I liked it. Thought it was just as good as Prometheus. Ending was predictable though.
