This is an underrated choice.

Maybe it’s just because the two main roles I think of her in are the Thor movies and No Strings Attached, but I feel like she seems to give off a mildly checked out, “too good for this” vibe that’s a major turn-off.

Ironically, her two “major roles” SW 2&3 are the only ones I can think of where it seemed like she really didn’t give a frick. But then, only Ewans acting ability showed as giving a frick in those laborious films.

I didn’t cite those movies because I haven’t watched them. Not one.

However, I’ve made no claims of being a film critic. I was only singling out a response I agreed with and presenting my evidence as to why.

the thing that drove me over the top for disliking her was her role in the HBO show "The Deuce" or whatever it was called.

I not only had to see her ugly tits, but also if you watched after the show they had interviews with her. She discussed how empowering it was to play a woman who was a hooker and how all of them were so important in playing a role in the world where women fought for their own rights and bullshite bullshite bullshite.
