Cameron Diaz. She ruined the movie version of a book I love, and her face bothers me. I guess those are reasons.

Going back to the other thread...the actress that just annoys the hell out of me back in the day...and I don't know why is Julia Stiles.
I can't list more than 10 things I hate about her. There are some actors who make it and then you're like Josh Baskins in Big:
She just came across as someone who would be in PCU, on the PC side.

The irony is that, depending on the timing and circumstances of course, she could potentially be referring to a child by Ledger (in addition to their daughter), which given his young death would have been an even more special thing, lost forever.

I've never not been annoyed by her. I think Brie Larson ruins any movie she is in, and it has nothing to do with any personal opinions I may have about her.
In contrast, although I hate Gwyneth Paltrow as a human being, I don't mind seeing her on film. I think Anne Hathaway is an annoying out-of-touch Hollywood chick, but I like seeing her in movies.

Rachel Adams in The Notebook makes me want to leave my wife.
That black lady in the female ghostbusters is in the Top 5 of actresses I don’t want to see in a movie. But I can’t say it’s for no apparent reason.
Brie Larson is one I don’t like but I know the reason.
It’s more actors that I don’t like for no apparent reason though.

Its a whole hollywood vibe that you are describing here. These people make "films" and hate when we plebes refer to them as "movies". Their "films" are "art" in their mind and have a place in shaping society or are a referendum on the way they see the world. They are intended to make us think. It really grinds their gears to learn that for most of us its just a way to kill 2 hours on a friday night.
