I'll Never Love Again is the better song.
The lyrics are great but I think instrumentals could use some tweaking.
Great movie but damn if it doesn’t get you in the feels

Saw it last night. Absolutely incredible. I agree that the middle was a little drawn out, but Bradley, Gaga, and Sam were all perfect. If the reason some of yall are using to not see it is because you've seen it already, give it a shot just for the sound track. Movies don't normally make me emotional but frick it hit hard. So real. Got chills listening to some of the songs in my truck today.

at the end, Gaga sings and they cut to her face and cut to black and my entire theater let out the most dramatic emotional sigh at the same time.

Ours was dead silence..... And sniffles.

When you hear Cooper come in on the soundtrack, just like the movie during the final song...

They purposely recorded those scenes like a concert film/doc and they were really singing throughout. I bet they had to clean up some vocals later, but for the authenticity of the scenes they are singing while filmed.
Like I said earlier, there is a stretch in the final song where her mouth looks "behind" the lyrics, but its only a second.
Far and away the best chick flick I have ever seen.

Lukas Nelson said they were singing to a track. It's their voices but prerecorded.

Not true.

Great movie. Great cast.

He was the music consultant, in all the live scenes as a guitar player, and taught Bradley to play, ill take his word for it.

Got a link to that cause it goes against everything else Ive read about it.

I'm well aware of who he is and what is role is in the film, but in the concert/festival scenes, if you're saying he said they lipped to playback, that isn't true. It's that simple.

I didn't really get emotional, but this is a really really good movie.
Cooper's mannerisms around his hearing loss were well done.

I even skipped to the pertinent part.
This has already been known. Cooper said on Ellen that he played along to Lukas's recording. But you're making it sound like they are lip synching which they did not do. Gaga insisted that everything would be sung live if possible.

They may have performed live for authentic performance footage, but those tracks are absolutely not the tracks they used for the movie

Yea, ive read and seen Cooper and Gaga say on multiple occasions that the vocals were not lip sync. They were extremely adamant in saying the vocals were recorded live
Now all the guitars/instruments im sure is a different story. They were likely singing to pre-recorded instrumentals

My wife and I are in the Caymans for 2 weeks. Rainy day last week and we went to see the movie at a hi tech Dolby theater at a complex called Camana Bay. The movie was great and sound was phenomenal. I could go see it again. It was that good.

Also, I believe the band is Lucas Nelson’s.

It took damn near two weeks for this movie and it's songs to get out of my head....never ever had that happen before.
I think the striking cinematography has a lot to do with that. The film just felt more authntic than most.
I'm sure they were using vintage lenses on the camera to give it that feeling too
