I have no idea what it was and I only saw a few minutes of it. My parents took me and my two siblings to the drive in theater (late 70s or early 80s) when I was a little boy. As we were driving away, the 2nd movie of the double feature had started and there was a topless woman right off the bat.

DarkMan. I was 6. Mom thought it was just a run of the mill super hero movie. I think the R Rating was pretty undeserved, though.

The Blues Brothers. We were underage but my friend's mom who drove us didn't notice it was rated R when she dropped us off at the little theater in our small town. The guy at the box office questioned us but we turned and waved goodbye at friend's mom in the car, she waved back, and he took that as her permission for us to see the movie.
It's kind of weird to think that film was rated R. I suppose now it would be rated PG-13 There's no nudity and the language and violence are relatively tame. I saw my first movie boobs in Hooper which came out two years before, but that was rated PG. They used to show boobs in PG movies back then.

I saw T2 in theaters, pretty sure that was my first R in the theater, will check if there was any other Rs earlier that year or the previous that I got into.
