Anyone else watched this? I find addiction fascinating particularly food addiction and what their breaking point is.

It is depressing I don’t get depressed from it.
But if I couldn’t wipe my own arse or get short of breath while doing so then I would think that’s my breaking point. But you don’t see that with these people

This is wise. I smoked 1 and a half to 2 packs of cigarettes a day for years until I had a stroke a year and a half ago. The doctor told me if I kept smoking that I would almost certainly have another one.
I don't smoke anymore
