Took me 4 today.
I kept thinking the first 2 were Dennis Lehane adaptations, so I had the regional aesthetics right. By 3 I thought it was more sinister but had no memory of that. 4 had the giveaway

There were lots of clues about the type of place it was in the first picture, and even part of the name

I actually guessed Carrie first because I felt like it had that Stephen King Maine town in the 70s aesthetic.
