1. I couldn’t tell it was animated, I just legitimately couldn’t name another movie that takes place there other than MI2.

Yep. Could tell from behind. This is like Lawrence of Arabia with the desert, anytime it looks futuristic this tends to be one of my guesses. Now that this and blade runner have been an answer I’ll have to come up with new lead offs.

6 - I think I've just seen the third act of this one.

(ETA: And I knew it was Will Smith on the bike as well, but didn't know the film well enough for that to help me.)

It was a CGI enhanced skyline obviously, but the Sears Tower and Hancock building are pretty distinct.
