Really, how can you believe that??? How did the announcer say that and not realize how stupid of a comment that was?

Anybody who would say that is someone who has never worked out in his life.

Announcer was repeating what he heard.

Zion should have been taught nutrition. And put on a diet provided to him.

His body type is unique to the NBA. They don’t know what to with him physically.

I'm sure he was weighed in a very scientific manner, there was no water weight, etc.

I saw some stupid article a couple days ago that claimed something like that. How dumb would you have to be to recite some ridiculous claim like that as if it were fact.

That is Dave griffin who said that, that is who he is. He’s quite the hype man isn’t he. JRUE holiday is an mvp candidate and Zion gain 8 lbs in a week.

I'm genuinely curious what their methodology was in concluding that he had in fact gained 8 pounds of muscle in 7 days.

My friend who’s a Duke fan quoted that to me and I laughed out loud. He even defended it after I said it wasn’t possible. What a dope.

I don’t doubt he was working out and gained 8 pounds in a week but it wasn’t muscle

Unless he started juicing, that didn't happen. 8 pounds of muscle is a lot to naturally gain in 6 months. A week?
