1979 LSUvUSC as the ref that threw the flag for the face mask penalty on Benji Thibodeaux and not pull the flag from my pocket./thread.

I'd go to Game 6 of the 2003 NLCS and tackle Steve Bartman and the other people trying to catch the foul ball that Alou could have caught. I'd love to know if that would have changed the outcome.

To me that's like getting a chance to do any sexual act to any woman in the history of the world and you choose to get a hand job from Marilyn Monroe. You leave a lot on the table. To each his own though.

Too many choices to list just one, so I'll try to categorize them...

The moment I actually experienced as a child - My first game at Tiger Stadium, LSU 28 - Notre Dame 8 in 1971. One never forgets the first time they went to TS. Also, on a personal note, my dad and grandfather took me. Both have long since passed on, so the opportunity to spend a few more hours with them before they went back to "the other side" would be a wonderful piece of lagniappe.

The DOH! moment I'd love to have back - While serving in the Air Force, I was stationed near San Francisco in the early 80's. Some friends had won tickets to the Cal - Stanford "Big Game" and asked if I wanted to go. Having worked a late night shift and being drained, I said thanks but I'll pass.

Wanna guess what Cal - Stanford game I ended up passing on?

Moment in hostory - Bennett Park, Detroit for the 1908 World Series. Just to make a few bucks off celebrating, drunken Cubs fans. "Hey, you lucky bums - who wants to bet me that you losers don't win another one of these for the next 100 years?"

Non sports moment - Early August of 2005. Spend a day or 2 remembering what my hometown was like before the levees gave way and everything went to shite.

I'd go back to 2004 and The Malice at the Palace. I think it would have been fun as hell to see all of that going on.

Geez this is difficult, but honestly I think it's have to be CANNON'S RUN.

Outside of LSU this would be tough. I was thinking the Celt/Suns 3OT thriller in 1976, but in the end I'd have to go with the Miracle on Ice.
