I'd take Richardson, Doug Martin, and Julio.
All young, all will be elite at their position in their prime.

No. Only way I'd consider it is if Jim Harbaugh, Bill Belichick, or Sean Payton were the head coach for those ten years.

No. The other players are subject to injury, they (as well as Buttchez) age, and the players not named Sanchez do not have to play every snap unless you want them to, but you have two good RBs so might wanna split their time...
