I don't think I'd even consider Texas, to be honest
I'd want to go West Coast. I'd probably even go to Oregon over Texas
Even then, there's something to be said of going to a smaller program and being a badass. If a coach offered me the starting position as a freshmen at a place like Oregon State or Washington that might be hard to turn down.

No one has asked about team needs (how many upperclassmen are you competing with and how good are they) or playcalling philosophy (west coast/spread/ace)??? This is instrumental in my decision
