Shanahan- Cut, but Snyder will find a way to screw everything up.
Smith- Keep, but make it clear next year he will not get any kind of pass.
Allen- Keep.
Frazier- On the fence. Probably bring him in and ask for a plan for next year. If I like it keep, if not cut.
