I'm super disappointed nobody has tried one yet.
Hell, that would be the #1 reason to have a duel threat QB on your team IMO. Toss him a pass on a bubble screen w/two TEs as the WRs blocking for him and then he can rock an RPO from there.

I kind of think Sumlin being unable to hold Kingsbury for more than a season fricked us out of a potential run. The drop in play call creatively from year one to two of Sumlin was massive. If only that a-hole Tubs hadn't run off to Cincy in the shittiest way possible. :-/
