people do realize there is a lot of cheating going on, right? chip dumping, guys folding winning hands to keep affiliate partner alive,etc.

and the many of final tables are already settled, they agree on x amount per person, then play for a nice pot for winner.

Everyone who plays has a chance to win $12 million dollars, why would they risk being kicked out of the tournament colluding?

The only agreements that I'm aware of is a chip count chop to end it early, which is for smaller tournaments not the WSOP or head up split playing for the bracelet and title of champion.

Chip dumping does happen, but I doubt it is that often.
