would anyone really miss this guy if he just caught on fire? This guy is all that is wrong with sports... stop bashing college players and coaches or prove to be better... if you cant do that then please shut up.

FWIW, I like Jim Rome. I don't always agree with him obviously, but I like his no holds barred attitude. He's very entertaining and when it all comes downt to it, that's what counts.
He uses ALL of that 1st amendment right.

I cant stand the guy. I used to enjoy his radio show years ago, but as his relevance has waned (even the "clones" have to get tired at some point), his good cop/bad cop act has grown more pointed and quite frankly obvious. (meaning, he will slob certain knobs if they are a friend of his program, then butcher others for no good reason)
I would however, love to see him go one on one with Skip Bayless in a loser leaves the planet match. Everyone wins!!!
