The exact opposite thing people claim is happening in college football and people say this is result of NIL.

Basketball is becoming the NBA and football is becoming the NFL. Football and basketball require very different levels of physical development to excel. Plenty of 17/18 year olds have played in the NBA and done well. The same can't be said about football which is why there's a 3-year wait requirement.

Secondly, the actual impact per player is so much higher in basketball than football. You send a football star to a team of 1 stars and walk ons? Not much will change. You send a basketball star star into the same situation? That team is going to win most of their games.

Or any ole miss game.

Michigan state game the other night was great.

Florida 2 games ago was good.

There were many good games.

Cant have 30 upsets every single year.

There haven't been as many good close games as usual. That is a fact. You are probably a fan of a team still In it and just pumped about the tournament overall because of that.

Outside of a few games, it’s been pretty lackluster. Florida - UConn and Maryland - Colorado State have been the best games to this point.

Well that’s false

They can play, but they look 18 out there. They don’t have their grown man bodies yet

Worst NCAA tourney ever

Mostly it’s just that people are getting sick of basketball. NBA ratings are plummeting too.

Not ever, but it hasn’t been the best. Though it’s setting up for some epic elite 8 and final four matchups.
