I'm still very nervous because we unfortunately can't have Yoshi pitch every game and the Jays will be seeing our bullpen

I think our bats are going to wake up at home as they get back into a rhythm from the layoff. We’re going to face Bieber, Scherzer and most likely Yesavage again. Through the five games they’ve played against each other the Dodgers have outscored them 27-19. I’m sure we’re gonna be just fine. But that’s why they play the games. You never know what can happen.

I’m still worried about the offense. with bases loaded, we scored on a wild pitch and boneheaded fielders choice. Still way too much swing and miss on garbage, and they didn’t take advantage of all the 94mph fastballs gausman was throwing right over the plate.

Excellent news. Dodgers punched back last night and gave me something to watch other than LSU. Some LA scenery will do this series some good.

This is going to be a good, long series in my opinion

Me too. As a completely non-biased observer, both these squads bring everything to the table to make a good 7 game classic.

It’s just a gut feeling that I have that it’s coming. Teo is due but I think he’s been too patient in taking some hittable pitches and then too aggressive late in the at bat and swinging at garbage. Hopefully Pages can build on yesterday. That would be huge.

My biggest gripe with teo. I don't mind taking a pitch, or even taking a strike, if you have great plate discipline.

But for teo to take the first pitch (inevitably a meatball) only to find himself in an immediate hole is pointless. He's just like shohei in which he can't lay off, or hit, low and away breaking stuff and it's all he sees with 2 strikes.
