Prior to the start of the year my handicap was in the high 80s.
I had some rounds in the mid to low 80s as well.

Peyton looks like he could have been a golfer. Just the way he walks around the course and carries himself.

I am no longer an eight handicap but I was several years ago, that is an official handicap. I played at an eight officially for about two years and I think I shot in the 70s maybe 10% of my rounds, most of my rounds were low 80s
If you’re shooting 75 and 76 all the time you’re much better than an eight handicap
Were you playing a long course? Course I played was less than 6800.

I had some rounds in the mid to low 80s as well.
It's based on your best 8 rounds. If you're shooting consistently 75-78 it doesn't matter that you previously had been shooting in the high 80s.
