How can anybody say that it was NOT a touchdown?
You can see he was clearly over the line... the only question was whether or not his knee was down before he crossed.
But when they showed it from the other angle, you couldn't see him cross, but his knee never touched the ground.
So if you put the two angles together, you can conclude that it was in fact, a touchdown.
