He’s the best example on why not to judge a coach based on winning with players he didn’t recruit. His UConn team also got really hot in the tournament in a down year in basketball.

Has a program ever gone from elite to complete shite this quickly? They won it all in 2014 and now they're one of the worst teams in a mid-major conference.

They beat us twice. We only lost 3 games total (the other being @ Wisconsin).
I think Kentucky would've beaten us in the title game. They SHOULD have beaten us in the SECTCG but their PG slipped on the final play.

They have no money to fire him. They had to rehire Randy Edsall at $1mil a year they are so broke.
For all the money in CT, most people went to private liberal arts colleges, so the booster base is weak.

That UConn team lost some bad games, but they also had like 7 top 25 wins or some shite going into the tourny and was responsible for 2 of UFs 3 losses.

I was about to ask if someone knew what their financial situation was. I read Ollie would be owed about $10 mil if they fired him, so they're pretty much screwed with whatever decision they make.
