That became the sexy upset pick because a bunch of reporters found out that Pitt is rated highly by Ken Pomeroy. That's mainly because they beat a ton of bad Big East teams on the road and had one blowout win over Georgetown before Otto Porter took control of the Hoyas.
And of course, about twelve people in total have stayed up past 10:30 CT to watch even one half of Gonzaga.

I really like Georgetown this season. They were probably playing the best basketball in the country under the radar.. but I just can't trust JTIII in the tournament.

Exactly. Seems like every year I feel like Georgetown is playing great coming in the tournament, then they lose first weekend

I have G-Town in the Final Four in my brackets. They're a good "hard bastard" team. Porter can carry the Hoyas while only scoring 16 points a game because they play at a Bo Ryan speed.
