Why doesn't he get criticized for not participating in the dunk contest?
Not sure.... He is a HELL of a dunker IN GAME PLAY.........Think about it.

Pussy plus he is all power, no creativity. He would win on name alone though (Blake Griffin).
Posted on 2/16/13 at 4:39 pm to LSUZombie
He didn't want to be embarrassed by James White.
Posted on 2/16/13 at 4:39 pm to LSUZombie
Why should he compete in the dunk contest? And since he chooses not to why does he have to give a reason?
Posted on 2/16/13 at 4:43 pm to LSUZombie
He's scared to lose. Can't say I blame him either.
Posted on 2/16/13 at 4:45 pm to RonFNSwanson
If he didn't jerk the fans around with the would he/won't he crap during the first few seasons and more recently (Dallas) where he said he'd definitely do it, people wouldn't keep asking.

Exactly. When he tweets "dunk contest?" He knows what he's doing an that's fricking with people and its gay. Quit with the bullshite antics and its all cool.

Posted on 2/16/13 at 6:10 pm to LSUZombie
Because he is scared of Jordan.

Wow y'all really think a meaningless exhibition dunking contest is that important?
Posted on 2/16/13 at 6:16 pm to LSUZombie
This is such a stupid fricking thing to care about

i don't think he was up for it his rookie year and then by his 2nd year (i think) he was in the all-star game
typically only 1st-3rd year players participate, and guys who are in the ASG don't often participate nowadays

If anything is going to "bring back" the dunk competition right now, it's LeBron participating.
Posted on 2/16/13 at 6:45 pm to TotesMcGotes

He wouldn't lose. Just like Blake Griffin
Blake got out dunked but they didn't let him lose.
I personally think he won't do it because Nike doesn't want him to, or some random bull shite like that.
But who fricking knows
