Irrespective of coaching staff, regime, players, it doesn't matter.

For the past decade+, everyone involved in that program is mentally soft and weak.

Is it systemic? Something about a false sense of "being Texas" mattering to the players as they grow up?

High school football in Tx. They play a version of 7 on 7.

If Tom brought them all with him to the strip club they might not be so soft.

Uh in 2008 and 2009 we weren’t soft. We got screwed out of the national championship game in 2008 and in 2009 you know what happened.

It all started in 2010, and the nightmare doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon.

you are going to get a lot of people ITT saying its because texas high school players are soft and i dont think thats the case at all. it has everything to do with the actual program itself. the people involved dont share a unified vision going forward and they all want different things for their own interest. whether its the school, the AD, the boosters, whatever. texas is going to keep having these issues until someone comes in and gets them all in line

Yes. TCU is the opposite of soft year in and year out and they are all TX players. It has to do with program culture

They've been inconsistent since joining the Big 12 though.

They’ve been pretty good overall. Took them a couple years to adjust. TCU is never going to recruit at an elite level but they do very good with the players they get. My comment was more about how they play though than the results

School has become soft...School is for weak dicks, run by weak dicks.

Hardcore big money, with clout, is dying off.
There are better programs in the state to follow.
