Why is it so hard to find a game on ESPN App(TV)?

Scrolled through all featured and live and didn't see the game I was looking for. Plus, you can't select the channel.

not sure but you're right that the current UI is awful and is a chore to navigate.

The easiest way I’ve found to is filter through conferences to see what’s on live which is stupid

Yep it is definitely a downgrade. Always scrambling to find the game. The old App was much easier to navigate.

It is terrible, and it always has been. One of my most used TV apps, but definitely the worst performing.
Get on a PC and log on to your ESPN account. Select your favorite teams. After that (and perhaps a reboot of your streaming device), the ESPN app on some devices will show your teams' games first when you hit browse/search.

You probably need ESPN + . They give you some games for free but most you have to pay for

The WatchESPN app is god awful. It’s like some high schoolers project. No sorting, barely any searching, you have to go basically to the end of the earth to find an on-demand show you missed.
