Why does ESPN keep sticking a mic and camera on LaVar Ball?.

He’s not funny, not entertaining, and a complete idiot attention whore. He isn’t interesting.... even accidentally.
As soon as I see him I flip the channel to something else for a minute. Why does ESPN give him a platform when there are so many interesting sports highlights they can show instead?.
And ESPN wonders why revenue is dropping...

Valid question. Same was asked about Tebow. My guess is that just like Tebow, idiots want to see him.

I only see the guy being talked about on Twitter and he sounds like an idiot from his sound bites. I watched the game last night and I thought it was annoying that the camera kept going to him. I didn't have the sound on tho.

When he was drafted by the Lakers, the people stopped having a say in this. The media have too much time and resources invested in this guy and the Lakers to just up and quit if there was a backlash. We're screwed. It's gonna be like this for the next 15 years and there's not a goddamn thing we can do about it. The Lakers could finish 15-67 and they're still gonna be on TV 45 times and daddy's gonna keep talking whether a mic is in his face or not.
