Brock Osweiler and the Denver defense won that Super Bowl, Peyton was completely the weak link of that squad, should basically receive Trent Dilfer credit for it. Peyton also lucked out to win his first Super Bowl with that absurd comeback against the Pats in the AFC title game and playing one of the worst teams ever to advance to the Super Bowl.

Oh look Colin is here.
Rodgers > Manning > Brady > Brees.
That debate has ended. The next generation of quarterbacks is here.

The season Jimmy Graham turned 31 was when his stats took a dive and after
LINK
Based on what evidence? You didn't provide any. I did.
If Brees made Jimmy Graham, why didn't he make anyone else?
Brees plays nine indoor games a season. Plus, any other non-divisional road games indoors.
Rogers broke his right collarbone on a naked bootleg, he wasn't taking an unnecessary risk. As soon as he rolled, the defensive player was right there.
There is no doubt Brees is good, he is just not as good as Aaron Rodgers based on career stats.
Rodgers is probably the most talented quarterback in NFL history.
Tom Brady probably is the most efficient quarterback ever. Drew Brees is possibly the second most efficient quarterback right now.
Rodgers doesn't throw interceptions and will pass up small gains for deep shots. He doesn't really check down or take risks. Another thing he can do is get them defense to jump and get them with 12 men. His release is incredibly quick and his accuracy, exceptional. Arm strength wise, one of the best in the league.
Drew Brees throws a lot of short passes which, is totally different from Rodgers.
Aaron is just better.
You seem insecure about your boy Drew.

Yikes. It’s not a real comparison based on “career stats”. ARs peak may have been great and he may be the “most talented” as you said (which means nothing), but it isn’t 2016 anymore. He hasn’t played near the same level lately

Not really fair to compare careers stats when Brees has thrown so much more.
I would say in Rodgers 12 seasons he actually played he was better than Brees in 6 of them.
Rodgers is ahead in most efficiency stats, while Brees is ahead in career stats.
In terms of peaks, I'm taking Rodgers no doubt, but durability and an earlier opportunity has allowed Brees to pass him in terms of careers for now.
If Rodgers get another MVP or contributes heavily to another Superbowl, I think he passes Brees

I seem to have missed that play where Drew couldnt tackle Lynch, Vernon Davis, Diggs, or throw the flag in the NFCCG

Small market.
If he were in New York, Chicago, L.A or Dallas with the same accolades, he'd be considered the GOAT.

Well Drew has a Superbowl and the BEST stats while playing on a team that historically was one of the worst teams in the NFL when before he got there.

You're right he didn't bootleg. My bad.
Have you seen his receiving corp and tight ends? No one, but Adams can get open. He has 4 undrafted free agents as receivers and a 5th rounder and his tight ends can't get open. Jace Sternberber is still open to question, because he hasn't played much after being from injury.
This isn't new either. His receivers have been terrible for the last few years, outside of Adams. Drew probably has a better supporting cast considering the glaring lack of talent on the packers offense.
He also doesn't get to play in a dome 9 times a year, plus any other teams with indoor stadiums and he doesn't play in cold, rainy, snowy and windy conditions, compared to those with open stadiums.
Yeah, Brees is obviously ahead in some career stats, because he has played much longer.
Rodgers has been injured a lot, so i guess drew is more durable.
Stats alone are somewhat misleading, when factoring all the variables like dome, receivers, o-line, defense giving up points and forcing you to get out of your game plan.
Drew Brees doesn't get as much respect because Rodgers has been the best qb for many years.
He also plays for the Green Bay Packers, who are one the most popular teams in the league.
Maybe Drew is better right now, but honestly if you want to be intellectual about it, its hard to say because the packers offense sucks outside of Adams and Jones.

Saints fans during the season -- we are the most complete team. We have the best receivers, the best running game, the best offensive line. We're gonna easily beat them, and we're going to the super bowl and are gonna win.
After the season -- Drew Brees is the best because he only has one good wide receiver, his running game sucks, his offensive line sucks.

Pretty sad when you have to create your own arguments and still can’t win
And the saints do have a very good roster when healthy. That wasn’t the case when we led the nfl in dead cap space with an old Colston and an average offensive line. Brees still put up the monster numbers

Do you take away credit when he had Nelson, Cobb, and Adams? Or Nelson, Jennings, Finley, Jones, and Driver?
He’s been sub 100 passer rating for 3 of the past 4 seasons and sub 65% completions in the same. His style of play is exciting and lead to some of the best seasons ever, but he holds the ball to extend plays also leading the sacks, injuries, etc. He doesn’t do his offensive line any favors.
And yes, the supporting cast for the saints is currently better.

Outside comparison the past few seasons (despite Brees’s all being away games)
2019: Brees 116.2 passer rating > AR 101.6 (inside 74.3)
2018: Brees 99 > AR 96.7
2017: Brees 103.2 > AR 95.4
AR was on pace to the GOAT, but that was 4 seasons ago and he could not sustain his incredible level of play

Yes, his current receivers except Adams, suck. His tight ends suck. We don't know about Sternberger.
The receivers and tight ends do deserve credit for Rodgers' stats when he was playing elite football.
Rodger also gets credit for making them look good.
The key difference is his receivers and tight ends are so bad they can't get open, except for Adams.
You can't make guys better who cannot get open.
You're only focusing on Rodgers play and not the receivers and tight ends during this decline.
But you give credit to Rodgers and his receiving corps and tight ends when he was winning mvps.
Cherry Picking
Drew Brees dinks and dunks so completion is higher, while Aaron looks downfield.
Just because he had better outdoor stats doesn't mean playing 9 games in domes, and any other dome games do not matter.
You realize Rodgers was injured in the two of the three stats you cite? Collarbone and broken leg bone.
Stats require context as well.
Rodgers to Adams was vintage last year.
The packers receivers are practice squad guys playing on in nfl games.
