No one gave a frick about Houston when they won 22 in a row several years ago, or at least not as much pub as the Heat are getting, so why should I give a frick?

The answers lie within a German HGH clinic.

What does any of this have to do with people being impressed when we actually watch them play basketball together?
This.
There have been countless "dream teams" in all the major leagues that don't even come close to meeting expectations. See: 2012-2013 Lakers.

Because they didn't have the biggest star in the game on their team?
Not that hard to figure out.

It was a rhetorical question...I already knew the answer
Media has and always will suck LBJ/Wade/Gosh's private parts...=ratings

How much is your butt hurting this morning?

Those guys met years before at the Olympics and PLANNED this out with Riley and structured their contracts so they could dominate the league.
I think saying this was planned may be a bit strong. There were quite a few things that supposedly almost happened before the Big 3 in Miami. Everything from the Cavs almost trading for Amare the season before to DWade considering Chicago. If this was a plan it was plan D or lower.
That being said I doubt you'd be bringing this up if you weren't a Kobe fanboy. Lots of people had similar complaints about the move at the time but we've moved on.

I sense a lot of butthurt in this thread bc every knows deep down, these guys cheapened their legacies by being pussies.

Y'know, I used to really enjoy your TD posts, but you're butthurt as a Kobe fan is really shining through and it's annoying.

It's funny how dumb you truly are

And Scottie Pippen cheapend his legacy by willfully playing second fiddle when he could've been the main guy on just about any other team and could've built a contender.
In reality, the biggest contributor to "legacy" is rings. THEY HAVE ALL BOOSTED THEIR LEGACIES by winning rings. Sorry if this upsets you.

Not sure how winning a championship being more important to these player than having a huge contract could possibly make them unlikable.
Maybe your boy Kobe could take lessons, but instead he will take his $28 million for next year.

so the players intiated the signing, big deal? Is that different from Shaq signing with LA which he basically announced was his intention?

What will you do when Kobe retires?
