This is true, but what is also true is that many players are point shaving. Many college athletes gamble on sports and that's a fact. Easy money when you have control of it.

Nobody can change a game more than a pitcher. Closer especially.
Your sport loses all credibility. Also stems from way back. Better believe casinos and the mob didn’t want guys betting against them. It throws off EVERYTHING. Enough scandal and people stop betting. People stop betting less interested eyeballs. It screws up EVERYTHING.
