Who would you want shooting free throws between Ben Simmons and Nick Anderson post 1995?

Nick Anderson missing 4 straight free throws up 3 during game 1 be the Rockets in the 95 Finals was a travesty. He never recovered from that where he had his teammate shoot free throws for him. I would still pick Nick Anderson to shoot free throws when the game is on the line over Ben Simmons. I think Nick could overcome the mental part of it over Simmons not putting the work to shoot the ball.

I literally saw this post while watching the Shaq and Penny 30 for 30 on ESPN showing Nick Anderson missing the four free throws!

Nick Anderson. At least he was willing to shoot the free throws.

Every time I see that I keep hoping maybe he might make at least one of them lol. Hell, I would take Shaq during the hak a Shaq over Ben Simmons. Shaq would make some of those crucial free throws at that time.

Nick Anderson.

Because I’d rather have Danny Devito shoot FT’s than Ben Simmons.

Frank beat Dennis in a FT contest to decide who's the head coach so he's not afraid of the moment

It’s simple to blame Nick for Orlando blowing a 20+ point lead at home.

Pretty stupid that he gets the brunt of Orlando being young and dumb and destined to lose to a veteran team.

I don’t blame him for that. When you blow a 20 point lead that is on the whole team.

Orlando was almost a dynasty

Deeper pockets and a better head coach could have stopped MJ at 3.

He truly became "Nick the Brick". He caught the case of the yips.
