i might be able to make a case for Ginobili and Ray Allen to be better than AI.

Durant damn near played PG this last series. LINK Durant started at SG. And plays a role in the offense more traditionally associated with SG. Wings are wings.
And yet Lebron isn't on your list?

AI is the exact same as carmelo anthony. gifted scorer, nothing else. had teams built around their deficiencies, defense and rebounding, then when they scored 40 points per game and lose, their fanboys cry foul b/c they didnt have more help. newsflash: the team has a flawed star and built in a flawed fashion to compensate. if those other guys on their team were great 2 way players, they'd be the superstar, not AI/melo-- and you know they woldnt have that.

Are you stupid? AI would of KILLED to have even half the supporting cast Melo had in his prime

Yeah, I would put West above Wade actually. West was in my top 10 all time in the final spot a few years ago, but that was before I included Lebron I think.

Not Gervin though.

Allen will have at least two rings by the time it's done.
And Manu already has 3 or 4.

1. Didn't you just say "wings are wings"? i take it you're retracting that statement, now?

2. You think there is any relevance to a fantasy baskteball listing of KD at SG? LOL.

Maybe.we re talking about body of work.

Would you rather have ray Allen for 19 years or wade for 8? Wade isn't gonna be playing 5 years from now.

Manu might have been the best player in the last two spurs title.

As for KD, he was listed at SG his first two years. In OKCs offense he plays closer to the role of a SG then a SF.

I am going to save some time here Karma. Shel likes to look at peak over the entire scope of a career when judging a player. I agree with you. We have had this debate many times. Both sides have their merits.

Wings are wings in the NBA. Coaches don't make sure they have PG,SG,SF,PF, and C on the floor at all times. LBJ plays anything from the 1 to the 4 for the Heat. Bosh plays the 4 or 5. Wade plays 2 or 3 and so on and so forth. I had a kid a few years ago that played 1-5 for me depending on the lineup I had on the floor.

Don't be stupid. Ray Allen is a SF. Look at where he lines up for the heat.
