Argument I've been having with a roomate: If Notre Dame loses to #8 Oklahoma and LSU wins out and are sec champs both teams go 11-1 who goes to the title game ?

Also LSU has to play an SEC Championship which most likely means playing florida again...so yeah...

so dumb

LSU easily

both teams are NOT 11-1. LSU would be 12-1

LSU duh. This isn't an argument.

People are already talking abou tND possibly getting skipped for a one loss SEC team because their schedule is turning out to be a lot of crap. Not their fault.

ND has to win out IMO to get there

unless it's total chaos and some teams have 2 losses

LSU, especially with Notre Dame having lost later in the year & LSU EASILY having the best win of them all with their victory over Bama.

If a one loss SEC team that didn't even win their own division got into the title game, I feel pretty comfortable saying a one loss SEC champion gets in

LSU would have victories over #1 bama and potentially #1 UF.

talk about a no brainer.

Depends who wins the East. Also depends if UF UGA and USC win their rivalry games.

If its UF then its LSU
if its UGA its close

It should be ND they play a much tougher schedule. But I am 100% sure LSU would get the nod and it probable wouldn't even be close.

it doesn't depend on anything

a 12-1 SEC champion LSU is going over an 11-1 ND no matter what. It's such a no brainer I would bet my life on it.

LSU, that goes for any one-loss SEC champ.

not really. maybe statistically but who are their tough games?

OU and USC. All the others are pretty mediocre this year.

LSU plays Bama, USC, UF twice or UF and UGA.

You think if UF has 2 loses or UGA has 2 loses and USC has 2 loses and possible 3rd that LSU computer number will be still as high? It won't.
