he has poor discipline in gap integrity
Huh?
His run fits were the best in the game last year. He sets the edge better than anyone I've seen in the last few years.
I think his technique is underrated. That will help him majorly at the next level with his hands and his hips being elite.

They're going to shock everyone and draft Elliot at 1. Book it.

Hargreaves may well could be the bust of the draft.
He got abused by bigger WRs.
He also half-assed it last season, especially towards the end.

He tested out averagely this week so I'm not sure he'll bo high enough to be a major draft bust

He certainly improved last year, but his first 2 years he ran himself out of a lot of run plays where he went inside his gap and the other team ran it right by him. He always wanted to get the sack when keeping contain was a more important need at the time.
In the Sugar Bowl, there is a good example of his "instincts" almost being there but failing him. On the long screen pass to Henry after OSU went up 2 scores you can tell Bosa diagnosed it, but didn't trust the instinct and went after the qb.
I don't see many issues in Bosa's game, but those 2 I mentioned are things I have seen more than once

If any team picks Hargreaves in the top 10, he will be a bust imo.
Posted on 3/1/16 at 1:46 pm to boXerrumble
what if he is picked 11th?

So a player gets better at a skill, grades out as the best at his position at said skill, and you look back at previous years as evidence?
That makes zero sense

Yeah, I didn't get that. Bosa's run defense went from good to phenomenal this past season.

Except Chris Long was a really, really good pass rusher for a while, he just didn't give two shits about the run game
.

He did it this year too, but I haven't rewatched games to identify exactly when. I mean I'm not making this up:
"Room to improve his gap integrity and pre-snap anticipation. Will misread plays at times and crash down, leading him to be too reactionary on plays following a mistake, cautious of making another one."

Others believe the same thing I do, including people paid to evaluate

He and Hargreaves will be huge busts.

Yep, good luck with that

I mean, no one knows what we're talking about. All these guys could be the next Jim Brown or the next Todd Maravich (however you spell it) for all we know. It's just opinions at this point

Matt Millen would do it if he still had a job!
Posted on 3/1/16 at 8:32 pm to boXerrumble
Imo I disagree. He'll be Joe Haden 2.0. He had a fricking HS level DB coach teaching him how not to play. Tabor and vh3 were playing off pure skill.
