I’d say college football or mlb.

edit- clarification...

i don't mean in terms of a full game, or series of games (a la first weekend of march madness).

i'm referring in regard to crunch time of a big game. or one big play.

Big time heavyweight boxing fight and it's not close imo. Of course there hasn't been one in years.

Super Bowl.

Everyone in the country gets together for a big party. eating and drinking. betting on squares. and theres nothing they can do to the national anthem that will stop it.

That first weekend of the NCAA Tournament in basketball is pretty damn exciting.

I would argue that CFB final 4 playoff is the least exciting of the 6 postseasons. It’s impossible to say out of NBA, MLB, or Super Bowl. Whatever is most recent. All 3 are absolutely captivating to me.

College football is so unorganized that it creates complete chaos when at its peak. I have to give it the edge.

First two weekends of March Madness or an amazing November Saturday of big time CFB games are as good as it gets for me. The pro sports are more consistently exciting though.

I would argue that the playoffs aren't when CFB peaks.

March Madness is the most consistent. Especially the first two days (not including the "official" first day of games).

But nothing beats a Saturday in the fall when crazy shite happens in college football. They seem to happen one or two weekends every year.

NHL: Playoffs are incredible. People playing on broken legs, losing teeth blocking shots, sudden death OT, etc.

Soccer (World Cup)

College basketball

College basketball is one of the most shite products to me. The games are awful, and the 68 team field is a gimmick to me
