Which NFL team has a decent backup QB that there willing to give up ?

Asking for a jacksonville jaguar friend? By decent I mean has good mechanics, doesn't throw a lot interceptions, and actually throws Td's. The friend also told me they are willing to give up Blake Bortles with the deal. Hope that last line isn't a deal breaker.

Not really, I mean 15-20 starting QBs in the NFL completely suck, and that is WITH the rules tilted to favor the offense 
I don't know why the Jags don't play Henne, he's certainly not good but he would be better than Bortles.

San Fran used to have a decent backup. He was so good he decided to pursue opportunities else where. He might be worth a look.
