The Yankees + Harper play in little league sized parks which will serve as a nice tailwind as they age and bat speed slows down.

The guy who hit 93 HRs in 2 years? Why not?

I don’t see much difference in these 3, but I don’t think they all play till 40.
Judge (32) 299 in 9 seasons
Schwarber (31) 273 in 10 seasons
Betts (31) 262 in 11 seasons

The difference between Schwarber and the other two is he’s a very average pro baseball player with one carrying tool. Once that tool declines in the slightest he brings zero value to a roster and will likely be out of baseball.
He’s not going to hit 500 home runs. I’d be surprised if he comes close

31 year old career .230 hitter that isn’t particularly great at anything beside power hitting

If Judge stays healthy he will easily get to 500.

Trout has 378 and has a long time left on his contract.
Think length for his contract means he’ll get paid for a long time…. Not necessarily produce

Stanton, Harper, Machado, and of course THE JUDGE.

He actually walks a ton. his OBP this year is .388! To contrast Luis Arraez, last year's batting champ, has a .337 OBP.
He may have an outside shot, cause getting on base is valued.

Only Harper, he's younger than Judge and has a 34 HR advantage. He averages 33HR/162 games so should be there by age 37 season even if he misses 10 or so games a year due to injury.
Looking at that list, it shows how difficult it truly is to get to 500 because of the combination of greatness with talent level and greatness with longevity for an entire career.

tbh, it wouldn't surprise me at all if none of them get to 500. Stanton's obviously pretty close but he's very injury prone and inconsistent. He's an "old 34". Harper is also very injury prone. And the others are older and pretty far away. It's asking a lot of a player to hit 150-160 HRs after their 33rd or 34th birthday.

Judge,
Would say Harper, but injury bug will nail him

He won’t stay healthy. Basically his only shot at 500 is piecing together part time seasons until he makes it into his 40s just to hit that counting stat. For most guys the Hall will recognize that the “accomplishment” is hollow and do the right thing. But Pinstripe Privilege has been around for decades so there’s that.

What’s your basis for this prediction?

Oh, you just hate the Yankees. Carry on.

He came up in 2016. To be kind, I’ll throw out his rookie season and the Covid year. I’m the other 7 seasons, he’s played more than 120 games 3 times. He’s made it to 150 times. I’ll be generous and say he plays a “full” season this year. That’s 4 out of 7 seasons.
Do you really think a guy with his body type and injury history is going to suddenly be healthy regularly as he moves through his 30s?
And to take a step back, I have nothing against Judge as a person or player. I’ve never heard of him being a douchebag and he’s a good player. His problem is the dumbass fans of the franchise he plays for. Literally the worst, most ignorant and arrogant in all of sports.
