I dunno man. Darvish when he's got all SIX of his pitches working is pretty filthy. He can throw a lot at you.

Felix is absolutely in the top 5. Does he throw 95 consistently anymore ? No. But that's because he knows his team needs him to go 110-120 pitches per outing.

His off speed stuff is just nasty and he can still dial it up to mid 90's when he needs to.
