The Mavs don't count, because they didn't get rid of their terrible unis until 2001. Great change though.

When teams started putting trashy ads on the jersey, you might as well throw tradition and history out of the window. I'm so glad I bought mine before the Blues ruin them next year with hideous ads.

Idk, their road uniforms were the same except with pinstripes. I personally liked the previous version w/o pinstripes

The Broncos started the HORRIBLE uniform trend of stipes and affectations for no real reason imo. I hate them and am dying for them to go back to the 80s versions.

The Bucs late 90's and current uniforms are nice (way better than the monstrosities that Jameis played with) but again - the Creamsicles were better

Denver started that crap in 1997. The Canes copied them in 2001. At least 1/8 of the 3000 Texas high school teams copied them.

I loved the Jets Super Bowl jerseys. Those were perfect. They should have never changed those. On the other hand, the Giants original jerseys look like arse.

Rnady Gadishar made their old jerseys look good. He wasn't "Wild-eyed" like Mike Singletery, but he looks to be razor focused.

Maybe it's because I've been a fan since moving to Dallas in 1983. They looked like losers in those uniforms. They had winning records six times in 21 years wearing those. In the 20 seasons since 2001, they only had three losing seasons, so 17 winning seasons, including 10 straight 50 win seasons in the newer ones.

Why/how people care so much about uniforms and color combinations absolutely astounds and bewilders me.

Even the Mets setbacks are better looking than the 80s jerseys. I hated those uniforms.

Bullshat. Those 80's Mets uniforms were classic.

The white home with the pinstripes and triple matching striping down the sleeves and pants were probably the best jerseys in the game then. Do they still wear those once or twice a year?

Are you being sarcastic? That's half the reason people become fans of a team to start with. FSU fans legit believe in the curse of Nike's Ignition Tradition that destroyed our uniforms in 2014. It's been a steady shitshow ever since

I just hated them, especially the script "New York."

On the other hand, I am a fan of these.

I think the side stripe bothers me.

Part of the thing I like about being an LSU fan is that our color combo and overall look is fairly unique.

I think it's gone too far in recent years for all teams in all sports. Now you have home/road/alternate/all black/color rush/throwback/pink/patriotic/special cause and on and on. It's just too much. You don't need need a different color combo for literally every game like some teams do in the NFL right now.

Dallas Stars' star jerseys were tGOAT hockey jerseys of the late 90s. No idea why they haven't reintroduced them as their 3rds. The neons are cool, but that Star jersey would sell like absolute hotcakes.
