But complaining about a local sports show host is kinda PUNKISH. IMO. But carry on.

i agree.
i listened to him in the 90's and he amused me. lately not so much. but he needs a straight man. he's gotten less comical and more political/racial in his older age. but i'm from Nola so he just reminds me of and talks like friends/family.
i miss the "drink a couple of shooters and get nuts" condon. those days are gone.

i want to say condon got his start out of LSU doing basketball games as a student and graduated with a journalism degree. may be wrong on this but don't think so.

I remember when I was at LSU in the 80's Condon had his TV show on COX, might of been his first show. Good show by the way - always had his starched buttoned downed Polo shirt on talking shite. Ah, the good ole days.

I went to high school with Condon though I've never listened to his show.
I listen to Matt Mascona on 104.5 FM from 3-6 so no reason to switch to Condon.
