Agree with post above. The ghost pepper wings are plain i.e. without any sauce and aren’t much spicier than the normal spicy chicken. The signature hot is very good and comes with a sauce and a dusting of some seasonings. Hot is way better than the ghost pepper....

Passed the Racetrack on O’Neal Ln right after 9pm and they had a bunch of cars parked there looking to start drag racing....

If you are in Baton Rouge, Calandro’s usually has the veal shanks. If I recall correctly, they are around $15 per pound. Red Stick Spice has a really good recipe for the Instant Pot.

Went to the store on Coursey Blvd this afternoon around 2 pm. The case was empty. Talked to the butcher and he said they will have more tomorrow. Could they be rationing so that they have enough to last the whole sale period?...

I saw Dr. Chip Bankston at BROC for my distal bicep tear. Very good surgeon and surgery and recovery went very smoothly. He is also a doctor on the Saints medical staff. Highly recommend....
