No you have it backwards.
Downtown is progressing a little each year to the point now someone would even spend money considering this type of project that looks like something from Austin / Nashville.
I agree it’s most likely a pipe dream today. ...

The negativity in here is unreal.
So many moan about BR being behind other cities blah blah blah and then something cool like this is announced and shat all over.
Sure it’s ambitious and has little chance to be built, but it’s exciting downtown is making the progress it is that someone would...
